Train the trainers Organisations change when people change, and people-change starts with training. Turnstone is not a specialist training organisation, however we recognise the importance of giving staff the understanding and confidence to use their new systems and tools. To maximise the impact of our training, we use a "train the trainer" model, where customer training is provided for your key users, system administrators or IT staff, who become the trainers and supporters for the users. We employ user guides and training videos to help people learn to use their new tools at their own pace. Training sessions are combined with help-desk support during the first few weeks of using new systems. See the Resources page for these training tools. |
