Calling and toll-free enquiries
The billing system takes your CDRs (call detail records) and provides summaries each month. To help you control your calling costs, you get standard exception-based reports showing call summaries with: longest duration, highest cost, frequently called numbers, region, DDI etc.
Similarly, we can provide summary reporting on customer in-bound toll-free (0800) calling.
We provide this information in table and graph formats as illustrated.
