Just tell us how much bandwidth you require and Turnstone will install a suitable fibre or copper access connection directly to your premises terminating on a managed router. This gives you a “plug and play” ethernet connection to your network - simple!

Equally fast upstream and downstream, your connection will scale as needed from 5 Mb/s right up to 1Gb/s. Because this is a business-grade service you won’t be slowed down by "vampire" residential users. 

Reliability is provided through having multiple redundant links to the internet and alternate routes for both domestic and international traffic. The service is fully managed offering up to 3Nines (99.9%) availability provided by our internet partner Vector Communications, and 5Nines (99.999%) availability with our diverse internet path option provided by Telstra.

Turnstone can advise you on internet setup and help establish rules to manage your security risks. If you prefer, Turnstone can provide a managed firewall service and provision a full suite of other ISP services with options for hosting: DNS, email, fax-to-email and spam filtering.
